**Your Role**

**As a Foodtruck Sales Operator,** you are the heart of our food truck operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and top-notch product quality.

**Your responsibilities include**:
**Sales & Customer Service**
- Welcome customers with a smile and positive energy
- Advise customers on our Chimney Rolls and ingredients
- Share the King of Rolls story and the tradition behind our products
- Take and process orders
- Handle cash and card payments efficiently

**Product Preparation**
- Prepare and bake Chimney Rolls according to our quality standards
- Cut and prepare fresh ingredients (strawberries, cookies, toppings, etc.)
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Work efficiently to minimize customer wait times

**Food Truck Operations**
- Opening: Set up the food truck, connect power, arrange workspaces, and decorate
- Stock Management: Refill ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness throughout the day
- Closing: Properly clean and store equipment after operations
- Technical Responsibility: Ensure devices (tablet, SumUp system) function correctly


**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in gastronomy, food service, or sales is a plus, but not required
- Quick learner with a hands-on mentality
- Friendly, open, and communicative personality
- Ability to work under pressure during busy event days
- Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented work approach
- Strong awareness of hygiene & cleanliness standards
- Languages: English only

**Job Types**: Part-time, 80-100%, 60-80%, 40-60%, Side job

Pay: CHF22.00 - CHF27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
