Nous recherchons actuellement un **Directeur des Affaires Médicales **pour l'un de nos plus prestigieux clients, de renommée mondiale et en pleine croissance, spécialisé dans les dispositifs médicaux et basé à Genève.

**Responsabilités**
Vous dirigez et participez activement à la stratégie du département des Affaires Médicales dans l'ensemble de leurs activités ; A ce titre, vous serez responsable de:

- Diriger et structurer le département des affaires médicales en veillant à ce que la mise en ?uvre de la surveillance post-market (PMS) de l'entreprise soit conforme à la réglementation en vigueur
- Proposer une formation adéquate des employés aux produits et à leur utilisation
- Assurer la partie Safety du développement du produit jusqu'à sa commercialisation en interagissant largement avec les autres départements (R&D, Affaires Clinique, Affaires Réglementaires, Qualité, Marketing...)
- Aux côtés de l'équipe Safety, surveiller les risques et l'analyse des tendances pour la partie vigilance des produits et concurrents de l'entreprise
- Représenter le département au sein de différents comités (Change Board, CAPA Board, Risk Board, Quality Committee, Vigilance Committee) et lors d'audits d'organismes notifiés et d'autorités compétentes
- Gérer l'information médicale de l'entreprise conformément à la réglementation applicable aux DM (MDR 2017/745 notamment)
- Superviser le traitement des demandes d'informations médicales sur l'ensemble des sites de l'entreprise
- Superviser l'intelligence de la littérature scientifique sur la performance et la sécurité des produits de l'entreprise (support de publication, directives d'injection, bulletins d'information) à l'appui des KOL, de l'éducation médicale ou des activités de développement clinique;
- Assurer la conformité en matière de Safety dans toutes les filiales : superviser la gestion et le traitement des réclamations, le processus d'assistance médicale KOL et, le cas échéant, la coordination de la FSA ;
- Faire interagir les équipes PMS et MSL et superviser ainsi le traitement des activités d'information médicale et les enquêtes PMS

Vous serez aussi responsable de la gestion médicale des académies de l'entreprise.

**Votre profile**:

- De formation Scientifique, vous justifiez nécessairement d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des Life Sciences (pharma ou idéalement dispositifs médicaux)
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec une expérience confirmée du management d'équipe
- Français et Anglais courant obligatoire, tout autre langue sera un atout
