For one of our client, a watch luxury brand based in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a Head of Retail & Training FREN/ENG (M/W)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Build and implement the global retail strategy
- Optimize the retail network to etablish a profitable, efficient and sustainable international distribution network
- Initiate the retail network expansion plan
- Partner for shop architecture concept with Merchandising team
- Set up retail animation programs
- Follow up of Key performance indicators and propose action plan
- Update corporate store policy and procedures
- Coordinate incentive plan with HR department
- Follow up the mystery shopping program
- Coordinate the global training strategy
- Lead the development and animation of commercial training programs
- Assuring a career plan to the retail staff worldwide

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master degree in Internation Business or a similar diploma
- You have minimum 8 years experience in retail
- You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- You have the ability to coach, mentor and motivate sales teams to reach their goals
- You are Hands on
- You will travel occasionally (up to 25%)
- You are fluent in French and English
