Das Spital Wallis sucht für sein Spitalzentrum Oberwallis in der Klinik Frau-Kind eine/n:
**Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) 80-100%**

Mit 5’700 Mitarbeitenden ist das Spital Wallis der bedeutendste Arbeitgeber im Kanton. Jährlich werden ca. 40’400 Patientinnen und Patienten stationär behandelt und über 680’000 ambulante Konsultationen durchgeführt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht aus der direkten klinischen Tätigkeit in Äquivalenz 50% APN und 50% direkte Pflegepraxis auf der Station Frau-Kind
- Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung der APN-Rolle im Rahmen des Lean Managements Frau-Kind
- Gemeinsam wird fachlich die Kontinuität der medizinischen und pflegerischen Behandlung auf der Abteilung Frau-Kind sichergestellt (First Level Support)
- Unterstützung und Coaching der Teams bei komplexen pädiatrischen und gynäkologischen Patientensituationen sowie Begleitung der Pflegenden auf der Abteilung in Fragen der Fachentwicklung und Qualitätsoptimierung
- Sie fördern sowohl eine gute interne als auch externe interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit und koordinieren den Aufenthalt und Austritt
- Sie arbeiten in interdisziplinären Projekten mit

Ihr Profil:

- Sie verfügen über einen abgeschlossenen Master of Science Nursing (MScN)
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Pädiatrie oder der Gynäkologie/Geburtshilfe
- Sie sind eine motivierte, selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Persönlichkeit
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und genaue, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
