Proclinical are recruiting for a Technical Project Lead to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will share and enforce the suitable standards and practices with the project team and work package owners such as SMEs of the EPCMQ or providers.
- Be and keep in line with the client's project team such as process, plant engineer, OPS team, SGU, QA, QC, Visp engineering, EPCMQ team, etc., regarding the suitable technical standards.
- Evaluate and approve technical documentation, such as P&IDs.
- Arrange the declaration of conformity rendering to PED.
- Responsible for arranging both internal and external workshops and assist team members in forming agendas, meeting minutes, actions lists, etc.
- Contribute to the preparation of the project reporting, for example: charts for KPIs, gathering information, etc.
- Guide conversations if a suggested alteration is compulsory or a 'nice to have'.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree/advanced degree level in an engineering field, such as process, pharmaceutical, biochemical or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in project engineering or project management for (bio)chemical, or pharmaceutical organisations with global experience.
- Expertise on numerous engineering fields in a pharmaceutical setting, both on clean and back utilities, process, automation, Instrumentation and Civil Engineering.
- A task-focused individual who is comfortable working towards set goals and a background in accomplishing outcomes in this regard.
- Computer literacy.
- Works well both independently as well as in a team.
- Attains a good memory and able to keep standards high.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Influential abilities.
- An organised individual with the ability to manage various priorities concurrently.
- Capable of conforming to shifting priorities. Demands and timelines.
- Able to resolve issues.
- Project management capabilities.
- Familiarity within engineering and cGMP manufacturing.
