Global Market Supply Planner

Ensure inventory levels are maintained at Optimal Levels at Affiliates and RDCs. Adequate stock is supplied at the right time to the right Affiliates.
- Monitor and Maintain the IBP/NRC supply parameter data. (lead time, inventory targets, order frequency, order increments)
- Support the fulfillment of tenders to the Affiliates as per forecasts
- Prioritizes Intercompany orders from ICDCs to Affiliates on urgent needs by executing right transportation method
- Monitor Affiliate forecast for any erratic demand that will affect NRC supply planning and collaborate with them for necessary adjustments
- Maintain ongoing communication with Global Supply Managers on constrained and back ordered items
- Provide analytical support for Inventory KPIs, root cause analysis and ad hoc reports
- Collaborate with Global LCM Managers on SKU rationalization and new product launches.
- Responsible for the validating IBP NRC Supply calculations to ensure accurate net requirement proposals and working with Master Data and IT on issues resolution
- Support Global and Affiliate S&OP in bridging stock activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Minimum 2 Year Supply Planning experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree required but Master degree is a plus
- Global experience is a plus but not required
- English fluency, written and verbal required but Multi-lingual skills is a plus
- Great Interpersonal Skills Needed working with all kinds of teams
- Customer Focus (Managing Diverse Relationships, Customer Focus)

- Ability to Plan and Align with various stakeholders (Planning, Priority Setting) and Desire to manage Complexity (Problem Solving)
