leTeam SA, une agence de placement spécialisée dans le recrutement de talents, est en recherche d'un Demand Planner - Articles de Cuir pour le compte de l’un de ses clients partenaires.

**Description de l'emploi**

- Élaborer et mettre à jour la prévision mondiale
- Collaborer avec le marketing et valider des hypothèses communes
- Dimensionner les lancements (réseau, volumes, allocations)
- Coordonner le processus de lancement et garantir le bon paramétrage des outils
- Assurer la fiabilité des données communiquées à la Supply Chain
- Produire des analyses et reportings (ventes, stocks, tendances)
- Contribuer aux projets de transformation de la prévision
- Anticiper les évolutions et recommander des ajustements

**Nous attendons**

- Diplôme d’ingénieur, idéalement avec spécialisation Supply Chain
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en prévision, approvisionnement ou distribution dans un environnement international
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et notions d’analyse statistique (R/Python)
- Connaissance ou volonté d’apprendre des outils de reporting (Power BI, SAP Analytics)
- Compétence en model building Anaplan appréciée
- Anglais professionnel (B2 minimum), aisance orale et écrite
- Excellentes capacités relationnelles, sens de la négociation et aptitude à présenter des analyses claires et concises
