Aufgabengebiet- Unterstützung des Team Leader Local Financial Control in den vielfältigen und interessanten Aufgaben des Rechnungswesen- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Halbjahres
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und OR- Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung der Hauptbuchkonten inkl. Nebenbücher (Banken, Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagebuchhaltung)- Führen der Kreditorenbuchhaltung- Führen und Verarbeiten der Spesenabrechnungen- Durchführen von Zahlungsläufen und ad-hoc Zahlungen- Durchführung und Ausarbeitung von Kontrollen und Abstimmungsarbeiten bei Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen- Unterstützung bei Intercompany-Abstimmungen- Stellvertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Accounting Teams- Korrespondenz und telefonische Kontakte mit unseren in
- und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften und Lieferanten in Deutsch und Englisch

Anforderungsprofil- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung im Finanz & Rechnungswesen (FA Rechnungswesen oder ähnliches)- Mehrjährige fundierte praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzwesen, idealerweise in einer Bank und/oder Vermögensverwaltung- Teamfähigkeit, pro-aktiv, strukturiertes und vernetztes Denken sowie hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, effiziente Arbeitsweise und gewinnendes Durchsetzungsvermögen- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
