**Your role**
- You are responsible for accounts payable. This includes the following main tasks, among others: Checking and monitoring invoices, entering and managing all supplier invoices in the accounts payable workflow tool, carrying out weekly payment runs in the ERP system.
- You will provide competent support to all employees on issues related to the workflow tool and conduct training for new employees.
- The collaboration in internal projects of the finance department are also part of your exciting activities.
- In addition, you will act as a deputy in other areas of accounting and actively support your team.

**Your talent**
- You have completed basic commercial training and already have professional experience in accounts payable. Any further training as an accounting clerk is an advantage.
- You see yourself as an internal service provider and providing a high quality of service to your internal customers is self-evident to you.
- You enjoy working in a team and are an open-minded and communicative personality.
- You are flexible, independent and maintain the necessary calmness and composure even in hectic situations.
- You speak fluent German and have a good command of English as well as a high affinity to IT systems (very good Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel).
