**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Leadership of the Technology Competence Center, consisting of SAP basis, user security and SAP development and external service providers.
- Further planning and development of Rieter’s global system architecture and SAP landscape
- Planning and management of the SAP operations
- Technical lead of the S/4HANA transformation and further SAP system consolidation projects
- Performing system installations, maintenance, and administration
- Execution of error analysis, troubleshooting and technical SAP basis support
- Optimization of existing SAP system environments
- Guidance and support for the SAP Application teams
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on experience as SAP Basis Consultant / Administrator in a large SAP landscape with high functional integration
- Good knowledge of SAP processes and integration, strong understanding of SAP Application
- Initial leadership and / or project management experience
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Experience with international remote leadership and management of service providers and outsourcers
