**Service project manager**(m/w/d)**

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Commander le matériel lié aux commandes, contacter le client pour définir les dates d’intervention et coordonner les entreprises concernées par l’exécution du travail ;
- Effectuer les attestations AEAI auprès des instances incendie auprès des différentes autorités ;
- Planifier les interventions des techniciens, monter les ordres de travail pour les techniciens ;
- Réceptionner et lire les rapports d’intervention des techniciens, corriger les plans et schémas si nécessaire, réceptionner le PV de mise en service, classer les documents.
- Justifier les érosions sur les projets pour améliorer les points faibles et éviter les érosions futures.
- Travailler en coopération avec le LCM pour répondre aux appels des clients, planifier les dépannages et révisions. Chaque membre doit pouvoir effectuer les tâches de l’autre pour assurer la continuité en cas d’absence.
- S’occuper également de la planification des mises en service de transmission en collaboration avec TUS et les différentes instances de réception d’alarmes.

**Votre profil**:

- Formation de base d’installateur-électricien, électronicien, télématicien ou automaticien ;
- Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine de la détection incendie en tant que chef de projet ou technicien.
- Formation complémentaire AEAI un atout.
- Forte orientation vers le service et la clientèle ainsi qu'avec une méthode de travail autonome.
- Personnalité ouverte et communicative, résistante au stress, flexible et orientée solution.
- Langues parlées : Français langue maternelle, connaissance de l’allemand et de l’anglais serait un atout.
- Maitrise des outils informatiques usuels.
- Permis de conduire cat. B.
