As Qualtrics and Walk Me Platforms Owner you will establish a solid presence of both products in ABB. You will partner with leaders throughout the organization to inspire and drive products demand, roadmap, and growth through identifying areas where such products can bring most business value. You will evangelize the products’ vision and be incredibly close to your customers. You will establish an organization for both platforms (with direct reports/dotted line reports) to ensure smooth operations of both platforms and seamless delivery of continuous improvements. Will have to work in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment, partnered with business stakeholders (Product Owners, Product Managers) through Core IS, Functions and Business Areas in defining agile requirements and enabling agile teams to deliver. Working with Product Designers and Engineers you will quickly discover and deliver solutions to drive desired customer and business outcomes. You will understand the industry dynamics and provide a creative lens to view new opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Partnering with cross functional teams to formulate product plans and execute on product roadmap in Core IS, Functions and Business Areas (Engineering, Business, UX, Functional and other Product Managers)
- Find and establish synergies between customers throughout organization using the platforms.
- Establish central Platform Governance and CoE for both platforms.
- Build up expertise about platforms’ capabilities inhouse to support our customers with advice and guidance on how to use both platform and run platform implementation initiatives.
- Tightly control portfolio-level and individual program/project budgets and expenditure, forecasting accurately and planning at a detailed level, including the impact on costs.
- Partner and influence horizontal products and platform roadmaps, in order to leverage innovations that’s delivered across the entire Power Platform product portfolio.
- To transform varying degree of complexity business requirements into technical solutions in accordance with best practice.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline. Additional Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines highly preferred: Information Systems Management / Human Computer Interaction / Product Design / Consumer Journey / Product Marketing.
- 10+ years’ experience; 6+ years in IT Product Leadership Management / Program / Demand experience; 4+ years in demand/ capacity/ utilization related experience; 2+ years’ experience working in global roles serving functions and businesses.
- Proven track record of successful Product Management resulting in expansion of product footprint in the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer
- or business-related discipline or equivalent job experience required.
- Strong communication skills (including presentation skills) with success in influencing all levels cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to function effectively across a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and constituents.
- Demonstrated ability to build up strong performing teams with focusing a team to achieve goals.
- Experience with configuring Qualtrics Platform is a strong plus.
