DEINE AUFGABEN
- Als Project Manager Acquisition identifizierst du attraktive Grundstücke und Liegenschaften mit Entwicklungspotenzial für unsere Immobilienentwicklung
- Du erarbeitest eine Projektvision, erstellst eine Marktanalyse und arbeitest Ideen und Konzepte für die Entwicklung der Projekte aus
- Du entwickelst die Akquisitionsstrategie
- Die Berechnung der Wirtschaftlichkeit gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du formulierst zudem Finanzierungskonzepte und Zusammenarbeitsmodelle und sprichst die möglichen Investitionspartner an

DEIN PROFIL
- Ausbildung bevorzugt als Architektur, Bauingenieur, Raumplaner oder fachübergreifende Studien der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Zusatzkennnisse Wirtschaft und Marketing
- Erfahrung in der Akquisitionstätigkeit während mehreren Jahren mit Leistungsausweis
- Erfahrung mit Grundbuchgeschäften / Vertragswesen
- Kenntnis die raumplanerischen Prozesse, Bewilligungsverfahren und der Baugesetzgebung
- Vertraut und erfahren im Umgang mit Planern und Fachleuten
- Verfügt über ein wertvolles Netzwerk in der Bau-/Immobilienbranche
