As a Finance Business Partner - Financial Controller (M/F/d), you will be responsible for leading the controlling of Switzerland and defining related processes while co-operating with various stakeholders and co-ordinating commercial controlling activities.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Owning month and year end closing processes with the support of the finance team.- Managing all financial planning cycles and KPI calculations- Internal and external stakeholder management (COE/SSC, Cross-functional teams, cluster
- and regional-teams incl. Senior Management, and Auditors)- Developing tools and analytics to support Switzerland leadership in decision making processes- Managing budgets and closely monitor performance to meet goals and objectives, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs- Ensuring the planning, forecasting, analytics, and performance KPI’s, as well as delivery of other processes accurately

The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting, Master’s degree is a plus- ACCA/CPA or Financial Specialist with federal diploma (Finanzfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis)- 5 years experience in a Corporate Finance role, ideally in a regulated industry (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical industry preferred)- MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint) and good technical knowledge of softwares (SAP / Oracle / Power BI)- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial- Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
