As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
Job Description: As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying potential clients within large organizations. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting prospect research, and engaging with key decision-makers to understand their compensation management challenges and introduce our software solutions. Your ultimate goal will be to secure qualified meetings and opportunities for our Enterprise Sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in large organizations within various industries.
- Engage with prospects to understand their compensation management pain points and present our software solutions effectively.
- Conduct high-level conversations with HR and compensation managers to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales team to schedule qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate prospect information and activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with the compensation management domain and an understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities, with a strategic and persistent approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
