beqom is an exciting SaaS solution provider operating in the HCM space looking for a motivated and energetic Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team. By utilizing a strategic range of sales development activities across the marketing mix, you’ll identify, nurture and qualify new prospects to generate a high-quality top-funnel pipeline.
Duties and responsibilities
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and identify target accounts in the very top stages of the sales funnel
- Nurture and develop prospective customers through cold-calling and prospecting activities
- Follow up with prospects who responded to marketing activities and campaigns
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team
- Engage with and nurture prospects through multiple channels
- Secure high quality introductory appointments for the Sales team
- Represent beqom at trade events once or twice a year
Must have
- Experience in sales development, sales or client development in a technology sales environment.
- Positive, energetic phone skills with excellent probing, listening and writing skills
- Ability to research and nurture contacts using a multi-channel approach
- Professional manner, in person, in writing and over the phone
- Knowledge of HubSpot
- Fluent in French and in English
- Experience in using LinkedIn sales navigator and other social media channels
- Self-motivated, metrics-driven and able to work independently
- A strong desire to prove yourself and grow your sales career within beqom
