**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Verantwortlich für Quality, Health, Safety und Environmental der Condair Gruppe: Prozesse, Aktivitäten und Organisation
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements in der Condair Gruppe
- Zertifizierung von ISO 9001 als MSA-System
- Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Managementsystems
- Führung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses der Condair Gruppe
- Führung des Kundenreklamationsmanagements der Condair Gruppe
- Sicherstellung des Berichtswesens und der ESG Compliance
- Führung des Gruppen-QM und fachliche Führung des QM in den Werken

- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit gewandtem Auftreten
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrung im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Geschäftsbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der erforderlichen internen Prozesse
- Erfahrungen in einem produzierenden Betrieb
- Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
