Eintritt nach Vereinbarung
- Führung des F&B Büros hinsichtlich aller administrativen Aufgaben
- Führung der F&B Abteilungsleiter hinsichtlich Arbeitsprozesse, Abläufe, Personalplanung, Finanzen und Zielsetzungen
- Mitgestaltung vom Budgetplan, Forecast, Stellenplan und Business / Marketing Plan der F&B Abteilung
- Kontrolle und Mitgestaltung des F&B Angebots und dessen Preispolitik
- Personalentwicklung des F&B Kaders
- Kontrolle und Überwachung von Hygiene
- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der LHW Standards
- Planung diverser Grossanlässe
- Pflege des Kassensystems Lightspeed und des Reservierungssystems Aleno
- Bedarfsermittlung und Koordination von Neuanschaffungen mittelts dem Warenwirtschaftssystems Kost
- Einsätze als Duty Manager
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im F&B-Management in der Luxushotellerie
- Abschluss einer spezifischen Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie / Gastronomie, Bachelor-Degree von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der praktischen F&B-Operation (Küche, Service, F&B-Sales)
- Kenntnisse der Standards von Leading Hotels of the World und Swiss Deluxe Hotels
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
- Intensiver Bezug zu Verkauf und Marketing in F&B - von globalen Konsumententrends bis zum lokalen Zürcher Markt
- Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und die daraus resultierenden zielgerichtete Massnahmen zu setzten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Computersystemen (z.B. Excel, Lightspeed, Protel) und komplexen Kalkulationen
- Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke
- Innovation, Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikation
