**Job Description:**:**_What will you do? (Essential Functions)
- **
- _Drive dealers Growth Plans _consistency and strategic alignment _in region for Aftermarket Construction Industries.
- _Support t _he d _evelop _ment of _dealer’s growth plans and communicate on progress to enterprise stakeholders.
- _Collaborate with the dealers and the enterprise central project team to define the scope and the content of the plan, establish metrics and targets.
- _Track and provide scorecards related to the growth plan’s metrics.
- _Provide guidance and prioritization to plans teams as needed.
- _Work with plan and project teams to provide change management recommendations (communication, learning, and reinforcement plans) to accurately manage expectations of stakeholders throughout development and implementation.
- _This position acts as an advisor or consultant to Construction Industries Aftermarket management. Typical internal stakeholders include the Construction Industries Service Division, MBD’s, and DSD’s. External contacts will include various dealers within region.
- _The position is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and review a large number of possible solutions before selecting one option. Problems may be complex and can require the incumbent to develop solutions. Impacts key goals including Business results (Sales to Users), Customer Satisfaction, Dealers/Caterpillar processes efficiency, etc.**_How You’ll be Successful (Basic Qualifications)

- _Bachelor’s degree _or Master (preferred) _or equivalent _10 years _of job-related work experience
- _Ability to travel 15% of the time (domestic and international)**_Additional Skills and Experience for Success (Desired Qualifications)
- **
- _Strong time management, project management _(waterfall and agile) _and follow through skillsets
- _Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- _Experience in various industries, in particular in service industries.
- _Strong ability to engage with all levels of an organization to motivate and enable change
- _Ability to manage and resolve conflict and work collaboratively
- _Dealer facing experience
- _Ability to learn quicklyA valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
