**Your team**:

- Corporate Functions include the Group’s non-banking activities and employ more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.- Pictet’s Corporate Office is part of the Group’s Corporate Functions. Its purpose is to support our firm and its leadership in achieving its strategic and governance-related goals.- You will join the internal strategy consultant team in the Corporate Office Department, reporting directly to the Group Corporate Secretary & Head of Corporate Office.**Your role**:

- We regularly seek dynamic and self-driven individuals to join our well-established team of experienced internal consultants (aka “Organisation”) and drive strategic change across our Group.- In this role you will:
- Support and accompany senior management in the design, development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Provide strategic and organisational insights and counsel to business leaders in various sectors and business lines.
- Identify meaningful business opportunities and formulate actionable and compelling recommendations to senior audiences and working teams.
- Drive and coordinate cross-disciplinary projects across business lines in collaboration with key decision-makers, generating real impact for the sector and the firm as a whole.
- Build an extended and solid network inside the Group, ultimately enabling you, after typically around three years, to advance your career through internal mobility to another sector or business line.

**Your profile**:

- Solid professional experience, including at least three years’ experience in a major strategy consulting firm.
- Master’s degree or a qualification deemed equivalent.
- Experience in the financial and banking industry would be a plus.
- Self-driven and independent personality, with excellent conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive change.
- Proven people and influencing skills to be part of a young, dynamic team that has daily contact with senior management and staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
