**Oliver Wyman is now looking for Executive Assistants in our Zurich office.**
**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide support to Oliver Wyman Partners. An Oliver Wyman EA is focused on supporting of Partner in relation to marketing, client management and execution of client engagements. The role includes a broader office engagement with events, office services and collaboration with other OW Support Professional functions as well. These responsibilities, paired with being part of an entrepreneurial and fast growing team offers many development opportunities for professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide executive level administrative support to a Partner team such as scheduling internal and external meetings, calendar management, travel planning and travel expense reports.
- Prepare letters, proposals and other documents
- Assist the Marketing Department and Partners with the coordination of customized client events and initiatives
- Track and maintain CRM incl. maintaining un updated list of contacts and business activities
- Client interactions and coordination, incl. CEO offices
- Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants when out of the office to ensure seamless support to Partners
- Planning and coordination of internal / external events
- Support of Office Services when needed
**Key Skills**
- Degree in business administration or comparable vocational education
- 2 -5 years of working experience as an assistant in an international and dynamic environment
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment
- Strong service focus and ability to operate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and German; Knowledge of French a plus
