Early Careers Internship Program Controlling and Performance Management

**What would your role be?**
As part of the internship, you will:
- Learn how to build and assess value drivers to ensure that business led activities are adding value to the bottom line
- Contribute to defining and delivering value drivers that benefit the Vontobel shareholders.
- Understand how to prepare, analyze, and deliver management accounting results to business partners on a regular basis.
- Understand how financial accounting and management accounting principles tie together in an international bank.
- Learn how to read and understand the balance sheet of a bank and how the capital planning and management process works.
- Learn the entire controlling and planning process from end to end.
- Collaborate across controlling teams and business partners to tackle challenging business problems.
- Learn from industry leaders through mentorship, workshops, and networking events.
**Your Qualification**:
**What are we looking for?**
We’re seeking highly motivated students with:
- Academic background: Master’s students/graduated with a max of 2 years experience (focused on technology, finance, or related fields).
- Passion for finance: A genuine interest in the financial sector and a drive to make an impact.
- Mindset: Independent, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Team spirit: A collaborative approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.
