The IS Product Owner Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) drives next generation AI and ML products and solutions to improve consumer productivity, deliver exceptional digital interaction to all ABB employees, and ensure that each product delivers the maximum value to the user.

IS Digital Channels and Self-Service Solutions Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for understanding business requirements, including specific rule sets and business logic, and defining user stories to build digital products and enhancements.
- Visionary for AI/ML, be able translate our customer needs into deployment of the most high-end solutions.
- Understand customer behavior patterns on the site in terms of navigation, search, engagement using data analysis to develop strategies to optimize customer experience and maximize demand.
- Understand user experience, site architecture, content organization and structure to help drive ease of use and accessibility of our web properties.
- Guide and influences cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
- Work collaboratively with CX Journeys to further enable the mobile channel for key client journeys.
- Involved in the defining of the project vision, creating and maintaining the product backlog, coordinating scrum team and prioritizing scope, time and budget, and oversees the actual product throughout the development cycle.
- Continuously monitors the ever-changing nature of the software market and looks ahead of how to make efficiencies in a rapidly evolving technology environment and the challenges it brings for the development teams.
- Works closely with Functional Leaders, Product Managers, Quality Assurance and other key stakeh
- olders throughout the software development process.
- Continuously monitors Consumer Satisfaction (i.e. NPS, PSQI), including feedback loops, for detractor or promoter reasons.
- Acts with a “one team” mentality to deliver exceptional Consumer Experience journeys when in touch with IS Digital Channels and Self-Service solutions.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Additional Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in coding, development of AI solutions in Microsoft Technologies with at least 10 years total experience.
- Proficient in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process with proven experience in Agile scrum methodology
- Experience building Enterprise products in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and chatbot technologies
- Strong enterprise product management and product strategy experience
- High energy, self-starter with aptitude for learning new technologies and ability to promote transformational change
- Continuous crafting and refining of a compelling strategic vision and roadmap (always questioning the status quo); with the ability to build excitement and consensus
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and technologies a plus
- Solution-oriented, technical mindset.
- Thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
- Stellar time management and organizational skills; be able to work on multiple, concurrent projects and juggle multiple priorities.
- Transparent and clear communicator with an exemplary attention to detail and desire to execute accurately.
