**Role purpose**:
Serve as trusted advisor on a global level on business matters, liaising with key stakeholders including GMs and leadership members to support the global endocrinology franchise and all the metabolic/endocrinology portfolios in the Latin America, Asia-Pacific and CIS region (“LAC”).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide teams with legal support on a broad set of business projects and transactions, at any stage.
- Management of pre-litigations and disputes resolution.
- Contracts management.
- Participate in continuous improvement of the organization, (implementation of procedures, templates design, etc.) to

bring optimal support.
- Back-up of the head of legal.

**Skills and competencies required**:

- Trusted and collaborative partner, behaving with integrity.
- Proactive and business solutions-oriented, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
- Able to work in a global and changing environment.
- Master's degree in law or equivalent.
- 5-7 years' relevant experience in the Life science/pharma /medical devices industry (companies and/or law firms), at

regional or global level.
- Full Professional working proficiency in English (another language being a plus)
- Knowledge of the orphan drugs/rare diseases environment would be a plus

- Internal:
Legal and compliance group

Any project leaders having needs for support (following the legal manager assignments) with commercial (sales and marketing) and non-commercial (medical, pharmaceutical affairs, finance, etc.) teams.
- External: service providers, external counsels, and partners (from suppliers/manufacturers to customers/institutions
