Tech Product Owner

**THE PRODUCT TEAM & YOUR IMPACT**:
At FELFEL, the Product Team groups two poles, the Service Owners’ work revolves around the conception and the implementation of new services as well as the continuous improvement of the existing services. The Tech Product Owners focus on the internal tech solutions that support the services.

The team currently consists of two people of each role. The team focused on tech and will be completed by you as Tech Product Owner focused on the tech solutions enabling order, stock, dispatch and deliver food for 900 clients across Switzerland. Our mix of physical and digital products will offer very diverse responsibilities, as well as ample opportunities for growth and development.

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You **engage with internal and external stakeholders** to understand** pain points**, needs and opportunities and use these insights to manage the roadmap for your products (e.g. FELFEL app, customer portal, homemade ERP, etc.)
- You build an **effective backlog for your products** and prioritize it in order to achieve ambitious goals.
- You work with our Tech team as well as a digital agency to** translate new features from vision to detailed user stories** and then implement these user stories together with our engineers.
- You deliver **new features to both clients, and the FELFELians.**:

- You structure the **software requirements down to the granularity** that allows them to be implemented by software development, keeping edge cases in mind.
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders in your projects and communicate proactively about ongoing initiatives,** always explaining the why.**

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- **2-4 years experience in IT;** experience in the food or tech industry or a background in software development is a big plus.
- You are passionate about **product experiences** and maybe already have a history of participating in projects that facilitate or enhance customer experiences.
- You are **comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology** and quickly grasp technical relations.
- You **excel in structural thinking and problem-solving,** and you have exceptional communication skills.
- You commit to making **our vision a reality and have a hands-on mentality.**:

- You thrive in challenging and constantly changing environments.
- Language skills: You are fluent in written and spoken **English**, **German** would be a plus.
- **Non-smoker**: You never smell like cigarettes and don’t smoke during the day: FELFEL is about healthy living.
- **EU/EFTA or Swiss work permi**t.
