**Tasks**:

- Project Management for mini projects
- Collection and consolidation of requirements for needed changes across different transformation streams
- Support and follow-up on operational process analysis and redesign
- Establishment of governance structures that allow for yearly reviews and approvals
- Organization of and participation in workshops regarding blocking points, new developments and cross-functional topics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor graduates or Master students in Economics, Legal, Quality & Compliance, Process Design
- Well organized and structured, analytical skills and process understanding
- Inclusive personality with strong communication skills
- Fluent English, German is a strong advantage
