Product Manager Digital Solutions B2B

Empowering end consumers to get more out of their hearing solutions and making Health Care Professionals more efficient in supporting their clients - this is basically the main mission of the Digital Solutions team. In Digital Solutions, we collaborate very closely with the SA Solution Scape, R&D, and the Business Units Phonak and Unitron to develop Digital Solutions as part of the overall offered hearing solutions.

As a Product Manager - Digital Solutions B2B you are managing the understanding and development of the customer journey across our tools and products. You are responsible for definition, development and launch of new B2B software products from a business standpoint in coordination with peers from R&D, Marketing, Operations, IT, and group companies.

In this role you will report directly to the Senior Manager Digital Solutions B2B.

**Your tasks**
- Drive all project phases from Ideation to post launch support in the product definition process (Innovation Management)
- Develop new software products, which are competitive, on time, and within budget, including product concept and requirements, positioning and story development, marketing material development, training plan development and price recommendation
- Lead project core team during development and launch phase
- Coordinate and start-up validation and QAT
- Observe the market and identify new trends and customer needs
- Work effectively with all internal departments during product development and launch phase
- Prepare all relevant documentations in time (technical docs, user guides, docs for homologation etc.)
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary activities during product development and launch (e.g. allocation, production, etc.)
- Track record of resources/budget management capabilities
- Drive and support Post Launch Engineering projects, be responsible for the alignment and communication (incl. launch) will all stakeholders

**Your profile**
- University degree in Marketing, Audiology, IT or similar; further education in Product Management is a plus
- At least 5 years of work experience in a global B2B role, preferably in an international environment
- Professional work experience in product management preferably in medical device / heating aid industry
- Interdisciplinary mindset and high quality orientation
- Self-employed, structured, and precise work methodology
- Solid social competence to communicate with different hierarchy levels
- Open minded, approachable, and communicative, as well as highly committed personality
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken, other European languages are an advantage
- Ability to travel 20%
