We are currently looking to extend our team with a new Procurement Agent with a focus on forgings and castings in ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
This demanding job requires solid negotiation, project management skills, and a high degree of independence and rigor. Your responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, managing suppliers, delivery times and pricing, and obtaining the best deals for our customers and our company. Further, you will negotiate contracts with suppliers and evaluate them on a regular basis, providing feedback, organizing audits, and creating and nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

Required skills:

- A completed technical or commercial education (Swiss trade school or higher)
- Min. 1- 3 years of relevant experience
- Good social skills
- German proficiency
- English working proficiency
- High degree of precision in a work environment
- Negotiation skills

Preferred skills:

- French and/or Italian proficiency
- Knowledge of forging, casting, and machining processes
- Knowledge of materials
- Understanding of production processes
- Understanding of technical drawings

**Salary**: CHF64,000.00 - CHF84,000.00 per year
