INA KESS is a Swiss-based luxury fashion brand for women. Through our contemporary design
approach, we offer a solution for daily wearing, breaking through the boundaries of purpose,
need, or fit expectations. Our creations are a symbiosis of hyper-functional fabrics and strong
and feminine designs, developed in our studio in Switzerland and produced in Portugal.

Our products are sold online via INAKESS.COM and through selected retailers in Switzerland,
Germany, Austria, Poland, and the US (including Globus, Jelmoli, Kadewe, and others).

**Head of Production (100%)**
**Location: Wollerau, Switzerland (on-site)**

Your main role is to ensure the communication between our design studio and manufacturing
sites in Portugal is working seamlessly and you have a deep interest in every step of the
production process.

THE ROLE
- Overseeing the end-to-end production process within budget and on time
- Manage the in-studio design and development team, including supervising and

coordinating the work as well as managing schedules and weekly tasks to ensure
efficiency in all processes.
- Monitor and control production costs, including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing

expenses.
- Managing relationships with all manufacturing partners and vendors, proactively

communicating client needs on behalf of the company to all production partners with
clarity.
- Conceptualizing, researching, and proposing improvements to new and existing

products. Collaborating with the design and sales teams to understand customer needs
and market trends, and ensure that production processes reflect these requirements.
- Ensuring the use of the most cost-effective methods of production and constantly

looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Engaging in daily communication with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of orders,

including troubleshooting production issues, establishing priorities, and resolving
production-related discrepancies.
- Leading solution-oriented dialogues with vendors when delays and discrepancies arise.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, such as business administration,
- production engineering, or têxtile technology.- 8+ years of experience in production management within Europe in the clothing or
- têxtile industry, preferably in the luxury segment- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a
- team.- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
- manage multiple tasks.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve
- production-related issues.- Ability to work across multiple digital tools with proficiency like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Adobe Illustrator is nice to have.- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the clothing industry
- Fluency in English is required, German or Portuguese is appreciated, and additional

languages are an advantage.
