Tasks
- Creating and implementing the worldwide ecommerce strategy for our website.
- Ensuring exponential growth of our D2C revenues in core markets
- Improving our shop and its further development, delivering customers a premium digital experience
- Constantly improve customer journey to increase conversion rates and drive-up sales
- Developing our marketplace business
- Building and leading a team of international e-commerce experts
- Managing external agencies to ensure shop and campaigns performance
- Identifying new opportunities for growth or threats to the business

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of leadership experience in B2B/D2C e-commerce with a focus on digital performance
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, SEA, SEO, UX/UI and a deep understanding of the relevant KPIs
- Used to setting up and working with BI tools, having very good analytical skills and strong flair in dealing with numbers
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English is a must. Any additional language is a plus
- Product Owner and/or project management skills are an advantage since you will have a close collaboration with Head of IT
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Making decisions based on facts, rather than guesses
