My client is an innovating, dynamic and growing international pharmaceutical and healthcare company currently expanding their Global Medical Affairs' team in Switzerland, Lausanne.

Due to this growth my client is looking for a Global Medical Affairs Manager with Consumer Skin Care experience to manage all medical aspects of innovation and development processes for cosmetics, OTC and medical devices in Consumer R&D.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide medical contribution to pre-ideation team in order to facilitate pre-selection of initiatives
- Support Scientific Claim Mangers to turn concepts into scientific reasons to believe and claims
- Responsible for the validation of the medical content of idea briefs
- Deliver medical expertise in supporting design of ex-vivo / clinical studies
- Responsible for the clinical sections of regulatory documents such as IB and CTD, including Clinical Overviews
- Provide medical support at country level through Medical Information System
- Medical validation of consumer and HCP communication prepared by Global Marketing
- Review and validate the medical content of internal publications
- Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders to present development opportunities, new technologies, new key ingredients and new tools
- Participate in due diligence upon request
**Your profile**:

- Medical/biological background (medical doctor, pharmacist, biologist, chemist)
- Minimum 10 years of experience of clinical development / research in pharmaceutical, skin care/ cosmetic industry or CRO
- Experience in dermatology is mandatory
- OTC and Medical Device Development knowledge is a plus
- Be able to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence effectively across technical and commercial functions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels within the organization and strong technical writing capability
- Positivity, flexibility, and adaptability with agile thinking
- Expert level oral and written English
