**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and develop a community management strategy
- Initiate and organize various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in our live & digital platforms
- Plan and implement social media strategies to grow our social following and drive our brand recognition
- Create impactful content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, videos and livestreams for the promotion of our live and digital platforms
- Engage in online conversations about our platforms with a view to optimizing community engagement levels
- Set, track and report on metrics to drive the community success
- Social media monitoring on the industry, competitors, influencers and trends to support decision taking
- Measure and report on community growth KPIs to share feedback on what kind of content to produce
- Proactively search for mentions, comments, and trends that might be relevant to the brand and communities
- Work with content producer and editorial team to define the editorial approach of the digital platform
- Set up partnership with KOL and influencers
- Act as support to our online members for them to benefit from the best experience on our digital platform.

**Your profile**:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5 years of experience as a community manager or in a similar role
- Preferred previous experience in wellbeing, wellness, beauty or luxury
- Ability to analyze data and track relevant community KPIs
- Be highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
- Proven track record in managing daily operations of social media accounts
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to deliver engaging content in English
- A natural curiosity for engaging or trending topics in the area of wellbeing
- A good command of German is preferred
