**The Journey**: This position is all about building something new. Come with us and be part of the latest product of MCH Group.
We envision to build a new live event product within the Wellbeing sphere. In this position you will convert your Business Development effords into long term business relationships with our B2B clients in order to attract the relevant community for this new product. Your charming personality and your know-how of understanding the needs of our clients will drive us to success.
- Your responsibilities
- Sales Operations_
- Building up and leading SALES of a newly created business unit from scratch
- Integral part of the newly created wellbeing platform team working alongside content & services creators to ensure that the customer voice is central to all future business decisions
- Liaise with the operations and digital teams regularly to ensure exhibitors and sponsor satisfaction
- Setting up the corner points and defining the success factors for the development of an efficient CRM
- Advising on the future set-up and the development of the Sales team
- Know Your Market // Market Analysis & Potential_
- Devise and delivering on the sales strategy and revenue growth for the digital platform and live events
- Conduct analysis of potential sponsors and exhibitors in the wellbeing industry
- Responsible for driving revenue through a focus on identifying and acquiring new customers and sponsors
- Open Doors & Opportunities_
- Proactively focus on new business development to grow the client base
- Manage, maintain and develop a strong partner network and sustainable relationships with key clients to deliver increased revenues
- Identifying synergies with partners of existing MCH businesses
- Prepare proposals to attract new sponsors and exhibitors at all levels
**Your profile**:
- Several years of relevant experience and proven track record in business development and sales experience, Luxury Retail and Well-Being is a must
- In-depth understanding of the luxury wellbeing world and the key players worldwide;
- Strong relationships with established brands, willing to discover new players on the market;
- Flexible and hands-on, very motivated to work in a start-up setting
- Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in the luxury and/or WJG industry
- Digital native mindset, you live and love the web
- Fluent German, Business English proficient, French is a plus
