Aufgaben
- Strategische und betriebswirtschaftliche Verantwortung für alle nationalen Points-of-Sale sowie operative Realisation der definierten Umsatzziele mit dem Sales-Team
- Proaktive Umsetzung der Customer Relations Strategie am Point-of-Sale in einer Vorbildfunktion
- Hohe Retail Management sowie KPI Verantwortung inkl. Planung entsprechender

Massnahmen und Aktivitäten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Training Department, zur Sicherstellung der optimalen Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter sowie Erhöhung der Brand Awareness auf der Fläche
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle und arbeiten eng mit dem Sell-In-, Marketing-,

Visual Merchandising und Operations-Team zusammen
- Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie / Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen am Point-of-Sale
- Coaching, Führung, Entwicklung sowie Rekrutierung der gesamten Sales Crew

Qualifikation
- Bachelor / Master Degree mit Vorteil im Bereich Retail Management
- Nachweislicher Track-Record als Regionalverkaufsleiter oder als Geschäftsführer/-in einer Verkaufsfläche
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in dem Luxus / Premium Umfeld sowie starkes CRM Mindset
- Authentische, motivierende und sympathische Leadership-Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Out-going-Persönlichkeit, starker Kommunikator sowie Netzwerker mit hoher Ergebnisorientiertheit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
