About the Role

We are seeking a Process Engineering Intern with a passion for data analytics and continuous improvement (CI). This role combines CI methodologies (LEAN) and data analysis by using digital tools to drive impactful results and empower teams to excel in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform analyses to identify and eliminate losses using Power BI tool.
- Design and deploy small-scale digital solutions (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate)
- User Training on developed solutions.
- Assist in rolling out smart user devices across departments.
- Track progress on various Digital Plant Initiatives.
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities
- Establish and sustain new work standards resulting from CI activities.
- What You Will Bring:

- Passion for engineering, data analytics and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Excel.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage teams and support CI discussions.
- Experience with CI methodologies and tools (e.g., LEAN, TPM) in a factory or operations environment is a plus.
- Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data and drive improvements.
- Strong soft skills and ability to excite others about new technology solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- German A2 or higher level.
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year studies in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial), Computer Science, STEM fields, or related disciplines.
- LEAN and any other high-performance work systems experience is a bonus.

More Information:

- Start Date: May 2025
- Duration: 12 months; flexibility for 9 months
- Hybrid model of work
- High majority of our junior opportunities are filled by our previous interns Possibilities to relocate in the future.
