We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Expert for our Strategic Partnerships Management Team to focused on maintaining the relationships with our global Freight Forwarder Partners. In this position, you will be responsible of monitoring bookings with freight forwarders and work closely with our Operations and Indoor Sales teams in everything involving our strategic partnerships.

**Tasks**
- Effectively monitor bookings of airline / freight forwarder shipments and support Operations Team
- Collaborate with the internal pricing team to deliver timely and precise quotations to the partner organisations
- Coordinate and execute tasks and projects within the Strategic Partnerships Management Team
- Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date booking history for assigned clients and prepare reports
- Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved processes to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility
- Provide operational support to internal and external customers (Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of work experience, working for an airline, a ground handling agent or a freight forwarder in the airfreight operations department
- Commercial apprenticeship and/or bachelor’s degree
- Comprehend the full range of airline logistics services like airline lease, reverse logistics, network balancing, service AWB, cost optimization, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, every other language is a plus
- Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. Other abilities such as Power BI, Python or R are welcome.
- Willingness to travel
