Notre client, leader sur son marché, est une entreprise spécialisée dans le développement et la commercialisation des produits innovants en nutrition infantile. Dans le cadre de son développement en France et à l'international, nous recherchons un(e):
**INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER B2B**

**CDI - GENEVE, SUISSE**

**Description**

Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale et en collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale, votre objectif sera de **promouvoir l’entreprise** en France et à l’international à travers la **définition** et la **mise en place **de la **stratégie marketing**. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- ** Construire une stratégie** marketing de mise sur le marché.
- Définir des **axes de développement** des nouveaux produits et d’**amélioration** des produits existants.
- Prendre en charge le** portefeuille de produits **(évolutions, prévisions, extensions de commercialisation etc.).
- Assurer une **veille concurrentielle** et des études de marché.
- ** Former les équipes marketing pays** sur les différents marchés et les animer.
- Développer et animer un **réseau de contacts avec les professionnels** du milieu médical et de la distribution.
- Définir, **mettre en place la politique commerciale **(promotion, lancement) et effectuer des prévisions en identifiant les potentiels de développement.

D’autres missions pourront venir agrémenter le poste.

**Profil**

Au-delà de votre formation, vous justifiez d’une** expérience de 5 à 10 ans **minimum sur des missions similaires (**marketing B2B stratégique et opérationnel**) sur le secteur de la **nutrition infantile / médicale / pharmaceutique** et de préférence dans un contexte international.

Doté(e) d’un **tempérament de leader**, la gestion et la motivation d’une équipe n’ont plus de secrets pour vous. Egalement, rigueur, organisation, esprit collectif, autonomie et aisance relationnelle sont des atouts que l’on vous reconnait
