**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of facility premises in accordance with current Service Standards.
- Organization and control of the work of service personnel (maids, waiters, nannies).
- Quality control of routine and general cleaning, checking the equipment of the facility for compliance with current standards.
- Formation of lists for the purchase of goods necessary for the service.
- Development and updating of Service Standards.
- Participation in the formation of work schedules for permanent and shift service personnel.
- Work with the wardrobe (control of completeness, seasonal changes of wardrobe, cleaning, organization of purchases and fittings).
- Control of the movement of personal belongings of the Guide during trips: creating a list of transported things and transferring it to the receiving party.
- Control of the collection and assembly of baggage and hand luggage during trips.
- Control of orders, quality, and packaging of buffet products for Management.
- Staff training on Service Standards.

- ability to work in multitasking conditions, willingness to change;
- ability to effectively organize processes;
- attention to detail;
- focus on results;
- management competencies (team leader), speech literacy;
- user computer skills;
- experience in team building, training, and developing service standards is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Having an EU passport or a work permit in Switzerland.
- Language: Russian (required), French gives an advantage

**Job Type**: 100%

Pay: From CHF8’000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- hotel/family manager: 5 years (preferred)
