Local Team Leader Quality Tool Manufacture
(m/w/d)

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung der Norm IATF 16949
- Interner Auditor nach Norm IATF 16949
- Planung und Durchführung der internen/externen Audits gemäss Norm IATF 16949
- Sicherstellung der Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Leitung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Ansprechperson und Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachbereichen wie technische Entwicklung oder CPI
- Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen
- Erstellen von Statistiken im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Führung der Abteilung Qualitätssicherung
- Prüfung & Freigabe der produzierten Teile
- Bedienen der 3D Koordinatenmessmaschine

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Mechanische Grundausbildung (Polymechaniker oder ähnliches)
- Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement &-sicherung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, exakte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit stetigem Fokus auf Prozessverbesserung
- Teamfähig, belastbar und flexibel
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Proaktive und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20%
