OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic team member for the role of ASPIRE Local OCM Lead at F. Hoffmann – La Roche. The ASPIRE program is a Roche-wide business transformation initiative that delivers user‑centric digital solutions, including the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across the Roche enterprise.General InformationStart Date: 1.2.2026Planned duration: 31.06.2026Extension: to be discussedWorkplace: BaselHome Office: 2 days home office max.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesOversees local OCM, communication and training activitiesManages local stakeholder assessment and impact assessmentManages local organizational impact analysis and change planCoordinates stakeholder specific activities together with comms and trainingEnsures local resources are in place to manage OCM activitiesHands‑on resource(s) to execute OCM activities on local levelExecutes activities from OCM plans to ensure the organization is ready for changeUtilizes OCM plan and templates provided in deployment toolkit or local equivalent to lead the organization through the changeFollows on Organizational Alignment and Workforce transition as requiredRegularly monitors status and provides feedback to the Wave OCM teamIs responsible for completion of local deliverables within the toolkit.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor or advanced degree in related specialization areas3-6 years in OCM for ERP/SAP implementation projects or transformations in support organizations. Proven track record in OCM Manager delivery roleExperience of leading, or having a significant role in the implementation of large scale and cross functional projectsFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phasesPositive personality with a can‑do attitude and a problem solver with a history of meeting and overcoming challenges and change resistanceStakeholder management experience in a large corporate environmentExcellent written and verbal language skills in English (C1) and German (C1)Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to challenge and influence at all levelsProven ability to deliver solutions through networks of communities and or of change agentsNice to HaveFormer Roche / Group Informatics experience is preferredSAP, S/4HANA ExperienceWe are fully committed to equal opportunity engagement and strive for diversity among our external workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
