Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Visp, Switzerland suchen wir eine/n People Care Manager/in.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Verantwortlich für die Begleitung von erkrankten/verunfallten Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzten und den HR BP
- Sicherstellung einer raschen und nachhaltigen Reintegration in den Arbeitsprozess
- Anlaufstelle für alle Mitarbeitenden mit psychosozialen Herausforderungen (Überlastung am Arbeitsplatz durch Stress, Überforderung, Mobbing, sexuelle Belästigung, traumatisierende Ereignisse, persönliche Schwierigkeiten, finanzielle Probleme, familiäre Fragen, Suchtproblemen und verwandte Themen)
- Fallsteuerung bei Langzeitabsenzen und Ansprechperson für alle involvierten Stakeholder
- Vernetzung und Koordination der im Einzelfall involvierten Personen (betroffene Mitarbeitende Arxada, medizinischen Fachpersonen, Institutionen, Netzwerkpartner, Sozialversicherungen und Personen aus dem privaten Umfeld)
- Verantwortlich für eine kontinuierliche Falldokumentation und Datenpflege als Grundlage für das Reporting vom People Care Center
- Coaching von Führungskräften im Umgang mit Herausforderungen im Bereich physische sowie psychosoziale Themen

Dein Anforderungsprofil:

- BA in Sozialwissenschaften oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss
- Case Management Weiterbildung erwünscht
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch - gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse über das biopsychosoziale Netzwerk in der Region
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Case Management & betrieblicher Sozialarbeit
- Fachkompetenz im Bereich Beratung und Interesse, sich laufend in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden
- Selbständiges Arbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Prozesse
- Du bist belastbar, lösungsorientiert und durchsetzungsstark
- Zudem bist du eine flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozial
- und Selbstkompetenz, Empathie und bringst eine starke Kundenorientierung mit
