Lonza is expanding its current facilities around the globe and requires professionals to support the growth. Lonza is seeking a Risk Manager to support the SGIE Capital Projects for Lonza’s global facilities and infrastructure. This position will be directly responsible for overseeing risk management reporting of projects through various Project stages.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish Risk Management detailed guidelines in the frame of the LONZA Global Risk approach
- Establish an agreed Risk Log across all Projects in SGIE Portfolio
- Ensure that the risk management process is rolled out consistently across projects and sites
- Be responsible for training the project control team in the risk log management
- Facilitate risk management workshop during the initiation phase and collaborate with Estimating Leader to ensure that a robust risk management process is in place before CAR submission
- Consolidate Risk Log for TOP Risks and establish a reporting template for Program Management
- Liaise with Project Leads and project Champions to ensure that SGIE reporting and risk log are fully aligned and consistent and transparent communication is in place with Program Management
Key requirements:
- Solid experience in Project management or Project Control. Preferable to have experience on large scale projects (above 100Miochf)
- Language: Excellent command of English, Other Languages advantageous
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to conduct analysis of complex/large data sets, draw conclusions accordingly, and prepare and support decisions
- Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Able to deal with Ambiguity - can conform to shifting priorities, and demands
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Program Management in Pharma Business
