**Global SNP Operations Lead**
Janssen Demand & In-Market Supply Chain, part of Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) Global Planning & Customer Management at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Global SNP Operations Lead will be responsible for SNP activities related to portfolio of products manufactured at a Janssen Pharma plant and distributed to Internal or External partners.
- The Lead is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, controlling, and ensuring efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin to deliver to local distribution centers within area of responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong partnership between Internal Internal/External partners and JSC stakeholders.
- Manages the Supply planning´s team activities, including Supply Network Planning and order management (OTI) for the entire product portfolio, taking into consideration all internal and external requirements.
- Supply planning team activities:
- Strong collaboration between Partners Planning Team and the entire Supply Network (Distribution Centers, Quality Assurance, Production planning, Transportation, etc.) to ensure the product arrives on time at the customer.
- Ensure orders delivered and inventory levels of partners are replenished on time based on their latest forecast numbers.
- Perform SNP system administration in different SNP processes, alerting and discussing system performance challenges between JSC and Partners planning systems
- Master data maintenance in JSC planning system.
- Shape and implement a harmonized demand process together with partners’ and JSC Global Planning team to ensure proper upstream net requirement propagation and realize an effective and efficient supply chain. Problem solving and consistent approach to process improvements together with the customer or within the team.
- Responsible for train Partner planning team for demand planning process in JSC Planning System and responsible for system communication processes from D&IM.
- Accomplishes results and achieves goals through delegating responsibilities and holding responsible professionals accountable for deliverables
- Collaborate with Deliver to optimize processes and looking for efficiencies and opportunities (e.g. cost reductions/service improvements)
- Responsible for Supply Network Planning, monitoring demand coverage and perform proper upstream communication to eliminate risk of stockout, ensuring inventory distribution as per market needs and net requirements propagation.
**Qualifications**
- Years of Experience: 5 Years
- Education: Bachelor Degree of Business or equivalent, APICS certification (Optional).
- Experience working in a global function and matrix environment
- Work experience in a highly-regulated industry
- Responsible and customer focused

- Knows how to set priorities, especially under time pressure
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent and proactive communication, transparency
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally & externally with key senior stakeholders
