Business Lead, Global Transport Visibility

The Global Transportation Visibility & Analytics Business Lead will be a member of the New Consumer Health Company’s Transportation Strategy & Deployment Team with responsibility for critical business processes supporting Inter-Regional Transportation. This person will help to shape and deploy the New Consumer Health Company’s Global Transportation Management System & Operational Framework

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own Transportation Visibility data quality metrics and reporting. Drive improvements in data quality through partnership with 4PL, External Logistics Service Providers, and Procurement.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics based on business need
- Own performance metrics as related to 4PL and additional external partners
- Lead training globally to internal and external partners on Global Transportation Metrics and Applications (i.e. 4PL Visibility Platforms, Internal Analytics, and Gateway)
- Support Inter-Regional cost improvement initiatives through reporting and data analytics
- Assist in operational deployment activities through partnership with the Global Transportation Business Process Owner
- Execute the New Consumer Health Company separation as is related to Inter-Regional Transportation Visibility & Analytics and transition into base business operations

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required
- A minimum of 6 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or other related area preferred.
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
- Can be based remotely or in Skillman, NJ or Zug, Switzerland. May require up to 25% travel as per business needs.

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of global transportation industry and freight forwarding network preferred
- TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience preferred
