The Global Business Process Sr. Manager will be accountable for End to End ownership of new processes and capabilities in Global Transportation. This person will lead the operational roll-out and change management of the current and future phases of large transformation programs and take ownership of the newly created business processes under a Digital Transportation Management System framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead deployment activities for current and future phases of Large Transformation programs including the Global Transportation Control Tower, with a focus on E2E Transportation Operational Change Management
- Accountable for all activities and governance of the operational workstream including schedule and risk management, alignment with PMO to ensure on time, on capability delivery of capabilities.
- Be the Change Agent for the transformation programs. Responsible for program socialization, resource alignment, operational/organizational change management and production cutover and hyper care activities.
- Ensure effective and timely communications with respect to project schedule and risk management and with key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of the Digital Transportation Management framework through global business process and technology standardization across the HMD business
- Ensure key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
- Partner with external 4PL and transportation providers to execute and deploy technical and business process solutions in collaboration with the Global Transportation Control Tower
- As the programs transition into base business, this role will be responsible for the maintenance and governance of newly created Global Processes for Operations, Freight Settlement, Visibility and Performance Management.
- Partner with the Technology partners to provide operational requirements to create long term solutions to streamline operations and visibility.
- Responsible for Transport Master Data and developing solutions for data management and governance across all transportation functions
- Collaborate with Transport Operations and related supply chain partners to develop and drive continuous improvements.
- As the TranSCend Program evolves, represent Deliver Transportation to drive operational and data requirements and design of core elements that impact upstream and downstream Transportation.

**Qualifications** Education**:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree is required; MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- A minimum of 8 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology or other related area preferred.
- Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations, via strong engagement/communication
- Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across a complex group of stakeholders at varying levels
- Strong project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of global transportation industry and freight forwarding network is preferred
- Past experience managing projects and system roll-outs
- TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience
- Lean or Six Sigma experience/certification

**Other**:

- May require up to 25% travel as per business needs
