To support our UX & Design Team within the Marketing Unit we are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a

**Junior Visual Designer 100%**:
In this role, you'll help maintain a consistent and contemporary brand identity across print, motion, and digital formats. You’ll be part of the UXD team, which works across book covers, conference designs, digital products, and web design.

**Language**: German / English

**This multifaceted role includes**:

- Contribute to the maintenance of Karger’s visual identity across media (print, digital, video, motion)
- Serve as a contact point for visual brand topics across internal teams
- Help ensure design consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Assist in translating brand strategy into usable design systems and principles
- Contribute to the creation of templates and brand assets (e.g., in Frontify)

**Qualification and experience required**:

- Solid background in visual design, ideally with brand design experience
- Confident working across multiple formats: print, digital, and motion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with video editing tools, ideally Clipchamp
- Basic experience with Figma is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for image prompting and creation
- Experience with Frontify (or a willingness to learn) is appreciated
- Ability to work independently within your team, but also to collaborate with cross-functional teams
