**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can take on a 12-month contract to support our expansive growth plans. We seek someone who can handle different roles in different business areas and has a high level of emotional intelligence.

An understanding of Internal Talent acquisition is an advantage but not a requirement**.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery from sourcing through to offer stage.
- Actively source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring timely scheduling and seamless communication with all parties.

**Your Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Agency or Internal experience is welcome.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport quickly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and responding proactively to evolving business needs.
- High level of organisational skill with attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken communication) is essential.
