We're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow with us Role: External IT Recruiter Location: Remote/Flexible What You'll Do: Source and screen candidates for IT positions, with a focus on Microsoft Certified professionals. Ensure that you provide full descriptions of Microsoft certifications in the resume for verification of each candidate you submit. Submit resumes through our Manatal ATS vendor access. Collaborate with our team to meet client demands and achieve successful hires. What We Offer: Competitive incentive of 10% to 20% on each successful hire. Flexible working arrangements. Full access to our Manatal ATS for efficient and effective recruitment. Track your candidate progress through the recruitment funnel via our ATS. Support from our core team. Requirements: Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically sourcing for Microsoft Certified professionals. Ability to verify Microsoft certifications through the official validation link: Microsoft Certification Validation. Strong communication and organizational skills.
