How you can make an impact As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment life cycle: job openings and job postings, sourcing and assessing candidates, preparing and communicating offers, creating contracts, etc. You will be responsible for managing your candidate pipeline, ensuring great candidate experience and updating hiring Managers and senior stakeholders You will help to optimize existing recruiting processes and act as an advisor for your stakeholders by providing proposals on various recruitment topics such as non-EU hires, headcount planning, diversity recruitment, external vendor management, technology improvements, etc. You will pro-actively contribute to attracting talent during external graduate events and career fairs across Switzerland. Who we are looking for You have a proactive mind-set and you can work independently, you are flexible, think outside the box and have a proven record of confidently managing and advising senior stakeholders You are detail oriented, data driven and are experienced in prioritizing high-volume workloads, managing tight deadlines, and competing priorities You have 1-2 years of professional experience in internal or external Recruitment, sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, creating reports and working with both an ATS and with MS-office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint Ideally, you have experience managing external vendors such as head-hunters and recruitment agencies and are willing to manage third party contracts and invoices You are fluent in English and German.
