AYES, a multinational engineering and technology consulting company, is looking for an
HR & Recruiter Intern
to join our
Zurich office
.
You will be part of a passionate and constantly evolving team, actively contributing to the
search and selection of qualified talent
(both in engineering and other sectors),
CV screening
, and
management of contractual, administrative, and reporting activities
, supporting the management team.
What we're looking for:
• University degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration, Modern Languages, International Relations, Linguistic Mediation, Communication, or similar fields;
• Excellent command of English;
• Good command of German;
• Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
It would be great if you also had:
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Proactivity and determination;
• Ambition and eagerness to grow;
• Curiosity and willingness to learn continuously.
